Stand With Immigrant Workers

About Us

Benevolent Immigration is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting immigrant construction workers from unjust deportation and unsafe working conditions. We believe that no one who builds a life here should have to live in fear.

Our Mission

Every day, immigrant construction workers across America face an impossible choice: work in fear or watch their families struggle without income. These men and women are a vital part of our nation's infrastructure, building homes, roads, schools, and cities, yet many live under the daily threat of displacement and injustice.

We exist to change that reality. Our mission is to protect immigrant construction workers who face detention and deportation threats, job loss and family separation, unsafe working conditions, and the daily threat of displacement and injustice.

Why This Matters

On May 30, 2025, over 100 workers were detained in an immigration raid at a Tallahassee construction site, according to HSI Tampa. This incident represents just one example of the deep cracks in our immigration system that tear families apart and exploit the very workers who build our communities.

Immigrant construction workers face detention, job loss, and family separation due to unjust immigration practices. A fair, sustainable construction industry depends on protecting the very workers who build it. Fair treatment for immigrant workers isn't just a policy issue—it's a matter of human dignity.

What We Do

Advocacy and Policy Change

We fight for systemic change by advocating for policies that protect immigrant workers and their families. Through grassroots organizing and policy advocacy, we work to address the root causes of workplace exploitation and unjust deportation practices.

Community Support

We provide resources and support to immigrant construction workers and their families, helping them navigate legal challenges and connect with essential services. Our work focuses on keeping families together and ensuring workers have access to safe working conditions.

Public Awareness

We educate the public about the vital contributions of immigrant construction workers and the injustices they face. Through campaigns, petitions, and community outreach, we build support for fair immigration policies and workplace protections.

Our Values

We believe in human dignity above all else. Every person deserves to work safely, live without fear, and keep their family together. We stand for justice, fairness, and the recognition that America's infrastructure depends on the hands and hearts of immigrant workers who contribute so much to our communities.

We value collaboration and welcome supporters from all walks of life. Whether you're a concerned citizen, industry leader, or ally, there is a role for you in this fight for justice and human dignity.

Get Involved

The fight for immigrant worker rights requires all of us. You can make a difference by signing our petition, making a tax-deductible donation, or spreading awareness about the challenges facing immigrant construction workers in your community.

Together, we can create a system that protects the workers who build America while keeping families together and ensuring safe working conditions for all.

Stand with us and demand change. The time for action is now.
